About Blue Sage

Every job is a chance to solve problems, create value, and do work we can stand behind.

Our History

Built from the Ground Up

Through every project, we’ve stayed true to who we are: a team that shows up, gets it done, and takes pride in the work.

2011

Founded in Beaver, Oklahoma

Blue Sage Services was founded in 2011 in Beaver, Oklahoma, with a small crew, a single truck, and a commitment to doing the job right. Early projects focused on local earthwork and utility installs. The foundation of the business was simple: work hard, stay honest, and earn trust one job at a time.

2015

Expanding the Map

By 2015, Blue Sage was taking on projects across Oklahoma, Texas, and neighboring states. The company added more equipment, more field crews, and more capabilities to meet demand. Through it all, they kept the small-team mindset that built their name.

2018

Taking on Bigger Work

The company began tackling complex municipal and private development projects. These jobs required tighter coordination, higher standards, and more specialized crews. Proving successful in this space set the stage for future opportunities in critical infrastructure.

2021

Critical Infrastructure Begins

Blue Sage entered the mission-critical market with its first data center project. The team brought the same work ethic and precision that built their early success into a high-security, fast-track environment. This milestone opened the door to a new level of projects and partnerships.

2023

Crossing 100 Strong

In 2023, Blue Sage grew to over 100 employees. The larger workforce meant more capacity, but also more responsibility to train, develop, and support people in the field. It was proof that the company’s culture and reputation could attract and retain top talent.

2025

Looking Ahead

Blue Sage opened a new office in Stillwater, Oklahoma and purchased another in Childress, Texas. These strategic moves expand the company’s footprint and position it to serve clients across a wider region. The growth reflects a long-term commitment to building both projects and communities.

Our Core Values

The way we work matters just as much as the work we do.

Integrity

We do the right thing, even when it’s not the easy thing. Trust is the foundation of every job we take on.

Innovation

We’re always looking for better ways to build. New methods, smarter tools, and forward-thinking crews keep us moving.

Leadership

We lead by example, take initiative, and stay focused on the bigger picture.

Teamwork

No egos here. We get more done when we work together with respect and purpose.

Stewardship

We take care of what we’ve got. That means our people, our equipment, our time, and the land we build on.

Commitment

We don’t quit when things get tough. We follow through and finish strong.

Competence

We know our craft and we keep getting better. The goal is to deliver with skill, not just speed.

Communication

We keep it clear, honest, and open. On the jobsite and in the office, every voice matters here.
